Excellent food. Service was bad. Nobody came around for the last 20 mins. We had to get up to get our bill.

Just had dinner last night from Sushi Jo's and it was by far the best Sushi I have ever had in my whole life. Looking forward to having it often.

Not only was the food excellent, the service was fast, the decor was perfect and the servers were obviously happy to work there. We will be back and bring some friends with us.

I love this place, I would say this is the best sushi in Campbell River, and I'd highly recommend. Worth a visit.

Best sushi in town; besides Wasabiya of course. If you're looking for affordable but not "pricey" sushi this is the place to go. The staff are very friendly and are fast at service and waiting on you. If you're looking for a take out they're great in getting your orders done in a timely manner. Over all, this place is one of my favorites.

Despite my two troll like Children who arrived with attitude and “feelings” this restaurant was amazing. The food was very well presented and it all tasted delicious. Friendly staff in a great location with reasonable prices.Campbell River is proving to be an amazing town for restaurants. So.... many good places to eat

The food was really good! We had a very big group come and they did an excellent job, the food was fast and servers were lovely.

Was so sad when fire in Courtenay closed you down. THRILLED! That you moved to Campbell River.

Service is very friendly but a bit haphazard. The food was good but it came to our table in a rather uncoordinated fashion with some served a while before others. They were busy but I think there is room for improvement around service and timing.

Enjoyed the Yakitori and assorted Sushimi, seems considerably faster then kotos

First time at Sushi Jo's but not our last. The spicy tuna appy was absolutely perfect. So perfect I may order it for lunch tomorrow. We tried 4 rolls and all were amazing. Service was quick and fast. Restaurant is super clean and everyone including the chefs greet you when you walk in. Very very yummy. Can't wait to come back.

Some of the beat sushi on the island. I used to go to their Courtenay location frequently before an arson forced them to close. So happy to see that they have reopened in Campbell River. I’ll be making the drive to get amazing sushi ♥️

Sushi Jo's was such a wonderful place to eat at. They had wonderful service and an outstanding selection of sushi and various other foods. When you go inside, you're given the option to sit in these classic booths, which adds a very cozy atmosphere to the experience. The staff were friendly and the service was quick.I highly recommend the philly roll and wonton soup... truly a wonderful lunch on a beautiful Saturday

My favourite sushi place around. The rolls are perfect sized (not too big, or too small) and there are so many for an affordable price. if you’re on a budget, or if you’re there to go all out on a nice meal, they have something for you. service is great and food is delicious EVERY time.

The best sushi in Campbell River that I've had. Excellent service, affordable pricing, pleasant atmosphere and great food. If anything, I'd say the sushi pieces were TOO big (if there's such a thing)

Was a really good atmosphere... food was good, tasty, waitresses were mixed up a bit i believe new employee and things got busy and wrong orders but they owned it and gave out edamame and got right back on track, good job.

Would be awsome if they were doing skip the dishes

Although the food was amazing and super affordable, I won't make the mistake of going on a Friday night again. The staff are very friendly and did their best to keep up but the chef seemed preoccupied entertaing "personal guests".Edit: worst service ever

Fresh food and great service

Came during a busy dinner in which the server forgot to tell us they were out of a majority of their fish. Was a dissapointing first time but the food I did receive was quite tasty. I do believe this was a one of occasion. May try again.
